About Berry Console
Berry Console is a channel strip from Fat Berry DSP that puts a gate, a four-band EQ, a compressor and an output stage in one insert, in a fixed order. The developer describes the sound as a console channel with firm lows from a transformer on the low band and a smooth top end.
The gate has Range, Hold and Release plus a detector high-pass. The EQ bands are a low shelf, mid, presence and air, each with its own frequency. The compressor has a sidechain high-pass and a Mix control for parallel compression, and the output stage adds saturation, a true-peak limiter, width, balance and dither.
It comes with 251 factory presets for channels and buses.
