Parity is a free level-matched A/B utility from Dead Signal Audio: put one instance first in a chain as SOURCE and a second last as TARGET in the same group, and it measures K-weighted loudness in and out and trims up to 12 dB so switching your processing on and off changes only the sound, not the volume. A MATCH key toggles the correction on or off, passing audio through untouched when off, and up to eight groups let more than one chain run matched at once.
About Parity
Parity is a free utility from Dead Signal Audio, the makers of Vantage and Ashfall. Push anything up a decibel and it sounds better whether it actually is or not, so Parity measures what goes in and what comes out and holds the loudness the same, letting you flip a chain on and off and hear what changed instead of how much louder it got.
It measures loudness in K-weighted LUFS and trims up to 12 dB either way; a MATCHED light comes on when source and target sit within 0.3 dB. Put one instance first as SOURCE and a second last as TARGET, both in the same numbered group (eight groups available). A single MATCH key turns the correction on or off, passing audio through bit for bit when off. Both instances need a shared host process to link. It stands apart from the free Nu series, with no trial or key.
