About Drum Berry
Drum Berry is a free drum instrument from Fat Berry DSP with sixteen pads. Each pad can play one of its synthesis machines or a one-shot from the built-in library, so a single kit can mix programmed electronic hits with sampled ones.
The library holds 489 one-shots across 32 kits, and the factory bank runs to 12,432 presets in 105 categories. Every pad has sends to saturation, inflate, delay and reverb, while the kit as a whole gets distortion, crushing, filtering and transient shaping.
Velocity, an Accent control, choke groups and seeded humanise and mutation settings decide how a MIDI pattern plays, so ghost notes and main hits can sit at different levels without editing the part.
