Instrument from 23audio that plays the text you type: every letter, number and symbol has its own sound (capitals blip, lower case beeps, numbers and symbols tick, a space is a rest), and six robot voices can read the words back on the notes you play, spelling, babbling or singing them one syllable per note. 161 presets split between sound design (computers, terminals, alarms, glitches, game-style blips) and music (arps, riffs, leads and basses on glass, harp, felt piano and music box), locked to the DAW's tempo and key.
About TELEPRINTER
TELEPRINTER is an instrument from 23audio that turns typed text into sound. Type a word, a line of code or a row of symbols and every character gets its own small sound: capitals blip, lower case beeps, numbers and symbols tick, and a space is a rest, all read out one character at a time in time with the song.
It works two ways. For sound design it plays computers, terminals, alarms, glitches and game-style blips. For music the same text plays arps, riffs, leads and basses on glass, harp, felt piano and music box, locked to the song's tempo and, with LOCK on, its key. Six robot voices can also read the typed words back on the notes played, spelling them out, babbling, or singing one syllable per note. 161 presets cover both sides.
