Algorithmic reverb built around twelve spaces: six imagined worlds plus rooms, halls and plates. Pick a place, shape it with REVERB, then set mix and pre-delay.
About Places
Places is a reverb that puts a sound into one of twelve different spaces. Half are familiar types: natural rooms, halls and plates. The other half are imagined worlds that lean toward shimmer and rising tones, where the tail does more than just decay.
Every space runs its own algorithm, and the REVERB knob is mapped differently for each one. Depending on the place it might change size, decay, density, tone, echo feedback or movement. MIX sets the dry/wet blend, and PRE-DELAY separates the reverb from the source by up to 500 ms. Those three controls stay the same across all twelve spaces.
Leit Audio points it at vocals, drums, guitar, keys and sound design. Downloading it needs a free Leit Audio account, but there is no activation inside the plugin.
