Every Pizza Bagel plugin in one bundle: the JJG Vocals channel strip (preamp, tape, compressor, EQ, de-esser and enhancer, laid out in signal order), the Salt enhancer, and the Schmear vocal widener. LA producer Justin Gammella built them from the tools he reaches for on his own vocal sessions. One installer, no iLok.
About The Everything Bagel
The Everything Bagel collects all three Pizza Bagel plugins, which together cover a vocal from preamp color and compression through de-essing to brightening and width.
JJG Vocals lays out preamp, tape, compressor, EQ, de-esser, Salt and output modules in signal order, each with a plate that picks its circuit. Salt is built from half a companding circuit: quiet passages open up while loud ones are left alone, with two curves, two directions and one Flavor knob. Schmear runs two short modulated delay lines pitched in opposite directions, set to 3, 6 or 9 cents.
Schmear stays centered and phase-safe when summed to mono and adds zero latency. Its developer runs it on a send on most of his own vocals.
Key features
- Salt enhancer for quiet passages
- Schmear mono-safe vocal widener
