Slowed + reverb effect for vocals, beats and full mixes. Slow playback from 1.00x to 0.50x with pitch following speed, blend in reverb, and choose from 12 factory presets; standalone supports audio-file import and WAV export. VST3, AU and standalone on Apple Silicon Macs, VST3 and standalone on Windows 10/11 x64; uses a Sfoor Labs account and the SL Hub for install. A separate iPhone/iPad App Store edition exists but is not this desktop listing.
About SL OW
SL OW is a slowed + reverb effect with four controls: SLOW, SPACE, MIX and AI. SLOW sets the speed anywhere from 1.00x down to 0.50x, with pitch dropping along with it, and MIX sets the balance between the slowed signal and the reverb.
There are two ways to feed it. Live repeats or skips tempo-synced windows, and Capture grabs up to 8 bars or 30 seconds so a whole phrase plays back slowed. The AI control drives a small model that runs on the computer and nudges transition, attack and reverb settings within fixed limits. It never touches the chosen speed, and at zero it has no effect.
The 12 presets run from Gentle Slow and Dry Slow to Dream Hall, Tape Night and Ghost Choir. The standalone app imports and exports WAV, so a file can be processed without opening a DAW.
