Dual filter built for audio: Ladder, Scream, Velvet and Growl models wired in series, parallel, stereo or mid/side, with four motion lanes (envelope, step, draw or LFO) and a detector that follows your kick. VST3, AU and standalone on Windows and macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel).
About CUTO
CUTO is a two-filter effect designed for audio from the start rather than lifted from a synth. It handles slow sweeps, rhythmic chopping and kick-locked gating, and it shows every movement on screen as rings on the knobs and live curves over the spectrum.
The models are Ladder, Scream, Velvet and Growl, covering low-pass, band-pass, high-pass and notch, plus a continuous morph on Velvet. Parallel routing is a crossfade, so there is no 6 dB bump where the filters meet, and Swap A/B flips them in one click. An LFO lane offers seven shapes, and a step lane plays a drawn rhythm with swing, probability and glide.
The detector reads the input or a sidechain and can follow level, gate, or fire on each hit while listening to the kick or hats band. Chaotic lets the filters drift on their own, and every knob is smoothed over 10 ms so automation never clicks.
