ECO is fedDSP's creative delay plugin: 12 delay modes and 5 built-in reverbs cover plain slapback through modulated, atmospheric textures. A simple view handles timing, feedback, mix, delay type and reverb send, and an advanced view opens deeper shaping with one-click randomization.
About ECO
ECO is a delay with reverb built in, aimed at shaping the repeats as much as timing them. It covers clean echoes, vocal throws, worn tape-style repeats, ducked delays and long ambient trails that can turn into the main sound.
The 12 modes are Clean, Digital, Tape, Old Tape, Analog, BBD, Lo-Fi, Slap, Diffused, Phasey, Rich Mod and Quartz, which wavefolds the repeats. Any mode can switch to Ping Pong. The advanced view adds Drive, Tone filters, Width, Spread, Chorus or Vibrato modulation, Tube saturation and Duck. Repeats feed five reverbs: Smooth, Dense, Large, Studio and ECO.
Delay time runs in milliseconds or synced, up to eight seconds, and the logo doubles as tap tempo. Feedback goes to 150% for self-oscillation. RANDO rolls new settings while Lock holds the mix and output level, and modes can be changed while echoes are still ringing. The developer states zero latency.
