Free 24-band dynamic EQ from the MYR mastering studio in Fulda. Any band can turn dynamic with internal or external sidechain, slopes run from 6 to 96 dB per octave, and each band works in stereo, left, right, mid or side. Three phase modes from zero latency to linear phase, plus a resonance finder and auto gain. 30 factory presets.
About Titan EQ
Titan EQ is an equalizer where any band can work dynamically, so it only moves when that frequency gets too loud and leaves the rest of the track alone. Three phase modes set the trade-off, from an analog-style curve with no latency to fully linear phase.
There are 9 filter types and four colour options: tube, transformer, vintage and mix bus. The analyzer has a resonance finder and labels frequencies with note names and cent offsets, with concert pitch set to 432, 440, 442 or 443 Hz. Sweep drags a narrow bell under the mouse to find a problem, then offers a cut, a notch or a dynamic cut.
LINK lets two instances see each other, for example on kick and bass. Frequencies where both are loud get marked, and a cut can be mirrored or the bass ducked only while the kick plays. Auto gain, loudness metering and a mono check complete the set.
